Ladies Delight Lighthouse Note: No positive news to report on our lighthouse issue! Thursday evening, June, 25, the light was again out most likely as a result of a recent nearby lightning strike on the lake. There is no power to the lighthouse, and some of our electrical equipment may have been damaged. We are working on it and hope for success soon! Sorry for the inconvenience!
July 5th update: Sorry, there is no new news to report!
July 7th update: Our Keeper of the Light, Captain Hugh Stephens, is back on the lake (welcome home Hugh and Betty). He and Bill Kieltyka are in the process of working with an electrician to see if the situation can be effectively resolved! July 8th update: The light is on! Hugh, Bill, and the electrician have found a number of issues that must be addressed, but temporarily have the system working. Hopefully, all will be back to normal soon. Thanks for being patient!
