Although the CYC had to postpone the concert by one day because of threatening weather that never bothered to show up on Saturday, the results were very good none-the-less. Sunday was an absolutely awesome day for a bit of relaxation in the cove and a large crowd arrived to enjoy the lake, the water, a beautiful warm sun, friends, refreshments, and, of course, the School Street Band! Many felt the afternoon just shot by, we are sure. And what a variety of water toys! How about that pink flamingo? We believe a good time was had by all and ask you to look forward to the 4th Saturday in July of 2019, weather permitting. Thanks for coming and thank you for caring about the quality of Lake Cobbosseecontee as shown through your contributions. This year you contributed $1,814 a most respectable offering for a "Fishnet Collection," we would say! Remember to click on smaller photos below to enlarge. Enjoy!

Stay on that bull, girl. Looks like a blast!
Thank you John and Debbi Farrell for helping collect donations!
And we also thank John Briggs and his sister, Elizabeth Briggs-Nevins who collected the first batch, and Tom Johnson and Debbie Achramowicz who did the last collection run. We at the CYC are really appreciative of their assistance in this most important part of an afternoon in the cove.
