Saturday, July 28 (always the 4th Saturday in July) gave us another opportunity to gather on our beautiful lake and enjoy our friends and the music of the School Street Band. Let's hope that you had a great time and were able to safely return to your home port following a rather persistent rain! Please feel free to send us your comments about this traditional CYC event. And do not hesitate to include a few photos if you have some good ones.
And the good news? We broke a record again this year with our "Fishnet" collection! Your past generosity has been amazing, and this year was no exception as, for the first time ever, you donated over $1500 to the CYC Lake Preservation Fund! Now...is that not good news? Great news? See photo below!
Enjoy this selection of photos and be sure to check out our Events page for the remaining events of summer 2012. And, if you are not yet a member of the CYC, please remember that you do not have to live on the lake, you do not have to rent on the lake, and you do not have to own a yacht or any other particular craft, Simpy having a love of our beautiful body of water is enough to join and your annual membership dues (Only $25 per "at home" family per year) will assist us in our dedicated effort at lake preservation. Just take a moment, go to our Membership page, click on the appropriate W, fill out the form and send it on to us, and for that, we thank you!

Yup! Here it is being laundered! You can make
up your own stories, but remember all that wet rain?
Well folks, maybe the rains came, and we had to cut the program a bit short, but it was still a great afternoon on Lake Cobbosseecontee! In fact, we believe that any day you can get out on our lake is a good day. Amen!
And let's not forget that this event has a major sponsor...
CLARK MARINE! THANK YOU GUYS!!!
And to the School Street Band, we hope you got away with no damage to your equipment, and we will definitely try to do better with the weather next year!
SEE YOU ALL JULY 27, 2013!
