Your membership in our organization is very important to us! Keep in mind that membership is open to anyone who has an interest in our beautiful Lake Cobbosseecontee (you do not have to be living on the lake or even own a boat), and your dues are what we use to help insure its future and the future of our beautiful, historic Ladies Delight Island Lighthouse as well.
Dues, definitely low compared to most yacht clubs, are $25 per family unit. Yes, just $25!
Your Commodore, as well as the CYC Executive Committee, believes that membership in the CYC is a serious bargain. We have an enormous responsibility to protect Cobbossee, and as a non-profit organization, your dues, donations, and all revenue collected at various activities are used for that express purpose.
In fact, $10 of your dues will be used to directly fund our all important Lake Preservation Fund, which will allow us to continue to support the Friends of the Cobbossee Watershed Courtesy Boat Inspection Program!
Please renew your membership! Join with us today if you are not yet a member! What an absolutely perfect way to show your concern and support for our truly wonderous piece of nature. Talk to your neighbors. And, yes, you that rent on the lake are encouraged to join!
Our membership is growing, but we must do even better. Convince friends and neighbors to join with us in our effort to improve the water quality of Lake Cobbosseecontee, and join our efforts to teach lake residents to, "Be Lake Smart!" Thanks!
Remember, CYC is "Your Lake Association"
